Well it has begun again channel Ten has brought the goods in the world of trash “reality” T.V. with Sunday night brought the return of the Biggest Loser, better known as ‘Run Fatty Run, Cry Fatty Cry.’ Sunday also brought about Australia’s first attempt at replicating the success of the America’s ‘So You Think You Can Dance’(more on that later). Hazzah I hear you say… well my friends its trash time.
So week 4 stared with an easy bike ride for me on the Monday just a nice 12k ride. Tuesday was also supposed to be an easy day with 3k walk then 3k run then finish with 3k walk however for me this was not to be. At 2.80 into my 3k run I fell running on some unpaved track and twisted my ankle. I walked home and got some ice onto it however this did not stop it from swelling up. For the next 2 days I was limping around unable to put full pressure onto it. I am now feeling a little better but can not see me getting my run on this week as I don’t want to make it any worse.

So I started to watch Fully Flared and popped the disc into my XBOX 360 and was greeted with the image above.
For those who haven’t had the pleasure of visiting me at ‘The Lodge’ I have the exact same TV as the one pictured which caused my brain to turn to shit as I saw two TVs, one inside of the other.

On Monday I attended my second Big Day Out and despite my earlier laments with the late 2nd round announcements and ticket allocation the day ended up being a lot of fun.
While the previous 2 years have been held at Princes Park this year the venue was the Flemington Showgrounds. While the site was large enough to accommodate everyone there were still one or two issues with the new site.
