So the first week of training for the big run is in the bag. I managed to do a total of 13.52 Km this week at an average of 6min 10sec per km so it was a very good start. The fittest of the group TrePaul did a huge 21.57 Km this week at an average of 5min 26sec per km.
I am still not feeling confident that I could do 14km but we will see how we go with all this training that we are doing. Now if you don’t really know how long 14km is I have a picture of the course that we will be running below so check it out.
C’mon stu, you’ve got 2.5 months to get in shape. You’ll smash the 14kms, no sweat.
Good work there Stu and Tre, I’ll try to keep my runs synced so that I can be included in the updates although I have a long way to go…
